Submission

For Films-

File Type: MP4 or .MOV

Submission: Crew & Cast list, Poster, Synopsis, Movie dowload link via Google Drive at info@recordowner.com . 

Subtitles: If the film is in a language other than English, subtitles must require in English.

 

For Organizational Awards-

Submit company showreel, recent projects list, details of key personnel & company website via Google Drive at info@recordowner.com .  

 

Rights and Permissions

Rights to the Film: The filmmaker must hold the necessary rights to the content in the film, including music, visuals, and any other intellectual property.

Screening Rights: By submitting, filmmakers grant the festival permission to screen their film as part of the festival.

Promotional Use: The festival often reserves the right to use clips, trailers, and promotional materials from the film for marketing the festival.

 

Selection & Judging Process

Selection Method: Films will be evaluated based on artistic, technical, and thematic merits. The festival’s decisions regarding film acceptance and awards are final, and can’t be challenged.

Notification:

The officially selected films will be notified by the festival via email on 13 Jan 2026. 

 

Screenings, Result, Ceremony & award dispatch:

·         The films screnning & ceremony will be held in Noida, Delhi NCR, India on 31 Jan 2026. 

·         The delegate registration in order to attend the festival in Noida will start in second week of Jan-26. Day hospitality charges are applicable for filmmakers & attendees which covers buffet lunch & Tea/ Coffee/ Snacks during the day.

·         The festival does not take any type financial commitment for the expense incurred on the     correspondence by the participant. All Travel, Lodging & Boarding and other miscellaneous  expenses will have to be borne by the participant himself for attending the festival. No request for  the same will be entertained.

·         The actual postal charges are applicable for the delivery of certificates/trophy/awards.
